How&How are seeking a full-time Design Intern to join our growing global family for 3 months in our London office. You will have raw talent, curiosity and a strong creative instinct — and help us deliver work for our clients which is bold, conceptual and different. You will be a team player who will be generous with ideas, have boundless enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You will be on-hand to learn and support our creative team. We don’t expect you to be the finished article by any means, we’re just looking for the right attitude :) Egos get left at the door.
As a studio, we take pride in only taking on interns we are very serious about, as we see their path leading to Junior. Although we cannot guarantee this as a logical progression, rest assured that we think long and hard about offering anyone a place with us in the first place :)
You will need to be comfortable working in Figma and the Creative Suite. Motion skills are essential.

We believe it's important for Interns to absorb practices and new skills alongside colleagues and peers at this early stage in your career, and to have a team around you to support and guide you in any way it can. And to buy you a drink on a Friday :)
Topline: we need a well-rounded, team-player to push our design forwards and support the creative team. You will have great ideas, solid design skills, a fastidious attention to detail and smart strategic thinking.
What you’ll do:
Work alongside the creative team to support on strategy, creative and anything in between
Develop your skills in design, motion and strategic thinking
Be on hand to fill any gaps that need doing building out pitch decks
Have your finger on the pulse of current trends in the world of design / art / fashion / creativity / culture and bring that information and enthusiasm for popular culture into the design studio everyday
Know when to follow design rules, and when to break them
You will NOT be expected to make the tea :)
What we’re after:
• 1+ years hands-on experience as an Intern ideally (or at least with some internships under your belt from your BA Course)
• 100% credible in our core discipline of graphic design
• Comfortable working in Figma
• Comfortable working in Adobe Creative Suite: Ps, Ai, Ae
• Efficient, detail-oriented, organised, and able to work under tight deadlines
• Team player that’ll fit into our design-driven, collaborative team
• Comfortable designing and building decks in Pitch
• Additional tools are a big plus: motion, code, illustration, etc
• Curious about brands and the positive impact they can have on the world
• Interested in more than just design
• Ambitious self-starter who can thrive in ambiguity
• Comfortable engaging with the strategic dimension of our work
• Articulate, confident and assertive in presenting work
• Strong creative instincts and willingness to push further through experimentation
What we offer:
Annual Salary of £20,000 (3 month salary of £1666 per month)
Based from our bright and airy London studio, in the heart of Shoreditch with 2 days WFH per week
