FRATO Interiors is now looking for an exceptional ASSISTANT MANAGER Interior Design Consultant/Sales Associate to join our large showroom inside the great department store Harrods in London.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Welcoming customers to the showroom and tilize communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their interior design needs.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assessing customer’s needs and providing assistance and information on product features
• Demonstrate leadership by guiding clients and your team through the sales process and upselling additional products and being a role model to your team.
• Estimating costs and submitting quotes for client approval
• Informing customers on delivery dates and schedules and maintaining sales records
• Assisting in choosing the most appropriate finishes, materials and solutions for each project
• Completing... every project from start to finish with the utmost after-sales provided
• Create visually appealing design concepts using CAD, and Power Point presentations.
• Incorporate multilingual abilities to cater to a diverse customer base.
• Utilize organizational skills to manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Implement merchandising techniques to showcase products effectively in the showroom.
Leadership, strong selling and communication skills will help you to build relationships with clients collaboratively with fellow colleagues. Harrods has a reputation for service excellence, therefore, previous experience of working in a luxury environment is desired.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Passion for interior design, professional, motivated and goal-oriented personality. Strong selling and communication skills will help you to build relationships with clients collaboratively with fellow colleagues.

To be considered as a candidate, please meet the following criteria:
• Education at university level in Design related business or similar
• 3+ Years Working in Retail/high-end service role.
• 2+ years experience with an Assistant manager or similar role.
• Natural ability to build interpersonal relationships
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Interior Design/Furniture sales experience highly desired
• Quick learner with outstanding attention to detail
Desired/Beneficial:
- Interior Design/Furniture
- Experience with luxury service/sales management is Highly Desired
- Basic skills in CAD and Power point beneficial
Job Type / Category
· Full-time job Monday to Sunday with different shifts. (opening times 9.30am-9pm)
· 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day, annual leave 20 days + some bank holidays
· In return for your skills, dedication and experience, you will receive competitive salary plus commission (1,50% of every sale)
