A highly esteemed Architecture & Design firm is currently seeking a Senior Interior Architect to join their talented team, with a focus on luxury hotel projects. As a Senior Interior Architect, you will be involved in all stages of the design process, from initial concept development through to project completion. Responsibilities include preparing concept designs, overseeing spatial planning and schematic design for luxury hotel interiors, and creating compelling... design presentations and detailed documentation. You will also be responsible for producing tender packages, including drawings, schedules, and specifications. Strong problem-solving abilities, extensive site experience, and confidence in liaising with contractors, stakeholders, and clients are essential.
