This role offers the chance to contribute to high-profile luxury hospitality projects, including bars, restaurants, and members' clubs, working within a vibrant and supportive team to bring these projects to life.

As a Middleweight Designer, you should be passionate about developing your skills and thrive in a collaborative environment that nurtures creativity. The studio is dedicated to mentoring its team members, helping them gain comprehensive experience across all project stages. Therefore, this role requires someone who can take initiative and effectively manage multiple tasks and projects.

As you progress, you will be entrusted with leading your own projects, serving as the main point of contact for external teams and clients. You will be expected to enhance your organizational abilities, manage drawing packages, and mentor junior staff, contributing... to their professional growth. A strong grasp of industry standards, including building regulations and material suitability, is essential. Experience across various project stages is required, as this role will allow you to develop leadership skills and potentially advance into more senior positions within the studio.
