Job Descrption
We are seeking a skilled young Architect (Part 3) to be a partner with our studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures.
Duties
- Use software such as Revit to create architectural designs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Produce detailed drawings and specifications
- Manage the planning application process
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Negotiate with contractors and other professionals
Requirements
- Proficiency in Revit and other relevant CAD software
- Ability to design and build architectural structures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £38,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
• Performance bonus
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
Experience:
• Architecture: 3 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
