Job Descrption
an aspiring Project Manager to join our London studio, in Kings Cross.
Our Project Managers
are integral to the successful running of our projects. Working alongside our
design team, they ensure that our projects are delivered in accordance with the
agreed programme, scope and fee structure. They are detailed oriented and prioritise
factoring in contingencies to ensure that the design team can do their best
work.
Candidates should
have:
• At least, 3 years’ experience
as a Project Architect.
• A Degree and Master’s in
Architecture (or relating subject).
• Have successfully ran Project
programmes and timelines.
• Experience in resource
management and labour driven fee structures.
• Knowledge of how to engage
with external sub-contractors/parties’ contracts.
• Ambition to develop a deeper
commercial awareness.
