Midweight Interior & FF&E Designer at Bespoke Careers

Job Descrption
• Collaborate & Create: Work closely with our FF&E and wider design team throughout all phases of the design process—from initial concepts to final handover.
• Bring Ideas to Life: Partner with suppliers from concept to execution, and lead the prototype stages of bespoke FF&E items.
• Inspire Through Design: Create, adapt, and present interior design concepts, and take part in engaging workshops with the design teams.
• Design & Develop: Develop sketch drawings for layouts and custom FF&E items, assist with CAD work, and refine design drawings (including bespoke furniture, lighting, joinery, and layouts).
• Manage & Organize: Prepare FF&E schedules, manage budgets, and source and procure FF&E items across diverse projects.
• Hands-On Experience: Attend regular site visits, assist with installations, and maintain relationships with suppliers and showrooms.
• Stay at the Cutting Edge: Visit showrooms for project-specific needs and explore new trends to keep our design... approach fresh and innovative.
What You'll Bring:
• Experience: 3-5+ years in luxury residential interior design.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design (or a similar).
• Skills: Drawing skills in Vectorworks (sketching is a plus!), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), and Google Sheets.
• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of FF&E suppliers and a keen eye for quality and detail.
• Attributes: A self-starter who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment, and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. You’re proactive, independent, and confident in managing your responsibilities, yet thrive as part of a team.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner and a positive, client-centric attitude.
