Architect / Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant - Residential + Masterplanning Focus

Award-winning studio is looking for a talented Architect or experienced Part II Architectural Assistant with strong residential and masterplanning experience to join their growing team. With a collaborative, employee-owned structure, this team operates at the forefront of sustainable urban development and is known for delivering high-quality, thoughtful designs that shape vibrant communities.
Key Responsibilities
• Work alongside Directors and Associates on complex residential and masterplanning projects at varied scales
• Assist in the design development of mixed-use residential schemes, from city-scale masterplans to plot layouts
• Support planning stages, including preparing applications and design codes aligned with UK regulations
• Contribute to visioning and design... guidance documentation for diverse client and stakeholder needs
Skills and Experience
• Experience in residential and masterplanning design with a strong portfolio
• Proficient in Revit, InDesign, and SketchUp
• Confident in written and visual communication, with experience presenting ideas clearly
• Understanding of the UK planning process, with experience in application preparation
• Organized, able to manage multiple deadlines, and works well in a team
• Interest in sustainable design and forward-thinking residential trends
