The studio collaborates with top-tier clients to deliver innovative and sustainable retrofit projects across commercial, mixed-use, and cultural sectors. Who are passionate about fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment that prioritizes employee well-being and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with a team on key retrofit projects throughout all stages.
• Conceptualise and develop design ideas.
• Produce planning and technical information using Revit.
• Manage projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage communication.
• Coordinate with external consultants and authorities.
• Oversee the production of drawing information.
Qualifications:
• Part III qualified or equivalent with a strong academic and professional background.
• Demonstrated... interest in adaptive reuse and sustainability.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing critical thinking, thorough design analysis, and strong presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for your work, with a desire to advance your career.
• Client-facing and project management experience (for senior architects).
• Proficiency in Revit is preferred but not essential.
