Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and sports massages, tailored to each client's needs and preferences (THAI massage proficiency, Moroccan hammam experience would be advantageous)
• Ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, from the initial consultation to the post-massage care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and serene massage environment, adhering to strict sanitation protocols.
• Actively communicate with clients to understand their goals and adjust techniques accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest massage techniques and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
• Promote the spa's services and products while maintaining... the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
• Licensed Massage Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a spa or wellness centre setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and various massage modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for wellness and a genuine desire to help others achieve relaxation and rejuvenation.
