We are seeking an experienced Sabre trained Travel Operations Executive to join a highly successful travel company due to remarkable growth. This exciting opportunity involves supporting the Sales Teams in all aspects of administration pre / post travel. Travel Operations Executive Duties : Daily weekly reporting of all carried forward bookings. Daily monitoring of all ticket queues Schedule changes for low-cost airlines & GDS Customer relations and responding to complaints within required time frames. Responsibility of all financial aspects of reservations, balance due, deposits receipts and invoicing. Liaising with airlines, hotels & suppliers on all aspects of reservations Amending, flights, hotels, and invoicing client reservations. Dispatching travel documents. General administrative duties. Delivering Excellent customer service to HNW clientele. Essential Experience : Similar experience in the travel industry able to handle pre and post travel from a tour operator or business... travel background Knowledge of at least 2 CRM’s (Sabre preferred). Worked with Dolphin Reservations Module. Ability to work on own initiative, and a team player. A positive and can-do attitude. Good comprehension of air fares, BA Fares 1& 2 High level of Literacy, numeracy and communication skills. Generous perks are on offer along with career progression.
