Job Descrption
• Develop marketing strategies to attract clients.
• Promote travel packages, special deals, and seasonal offers.
• Utilize social media, email campaigns, and advertising.
• Help travel agents to tailor travel plans to individual client preferences.
• Create personalized itineraries based on interests, budget, and travel goals.
• Establish partnerships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
• Negotiate favorable rates and exclusive deals for clients.
• Organize group tours, destination weddings, and corporate retreats.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and accommodations.
• Handle unexpected travel disruptions (flight cancellations, natural disasters).
• Assist clients in emergencies and provide alternative solutions.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability.
• Handle invoicing, payments, and financial records.
• A bachelor’s degree in tourism, travel, or hospitality will be a plus point.
• At least 5 years of experience in the travel industry is... essential.
• Supervisory experience (minimum 1 year) may be preferred.
• Knowledge of travel management processes and strong attention to detail are crucial.
• Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills are essential.
