Your Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented, deadline-driven communicator with a self-motivated, problem-solving mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives on challenges and believes nothing is impossible.

As a Travel Experience Coordinator in our Transportation department, you'll manage airport meet-and-greet staff at key UK arrival points, assisting customers studying at our International Language Campuses across the UK & Ireland. You'll collaborate closely with local suppliers, campus teams, international flight departments across EF and head office in Switzerland. You will also oversee staff recruitment and payroll queries as you assemble and manage your transportation dream team!

Responsibilities
• Planning and executing work rotation for our meet and greet staff on a weekly basis
• Maintain and develop relationships with staff, local suppliers in UK & Ireland
• Develop and improve the overall customer experience of arrival and transportation services
• Invoicing
• Assist with financial & quality analysis

Requirements
• Experience within the student, travel and hospitality industry desired
• Strong operations/logistics skills
• Well organised and process driven
• An analytical mind set
• Proven attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of the surroundings of London
• Capable of using own initiative and being decisive
• A skilled negotiator
• Multitasker and Flexible (weekend work may be required during peak months of July & August - days back in lieu)
• Willingness to learn and open to feedback
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
• Have the right to live and work in the UK
• Fluency in English, other Languages are an advantage
• Clear DBS check and two references
