As an established, growing company the role of Accounts & Purchasing Assistant is an integral part of the company. You will enjoy full training, pizza Fridays, and the opportunity to work with a small, inclusive and very successful team in a dog friendly office!
The company was established over 10 years ago and is a provider of contactless microchips to various businesses/projects worldwide using advanced technology and software.
The company is in search of a brilliant and passionate graduate who can help to drive growth and make an impact. This is a diverse and exciting position at the heart of the business which includes both accounts and purchasing.
As the Accounts & Purchasing Assistant you will be responsible for:
• Building a rapport with our worldwide suppliers and purchasing products
• Finding, testing and positioning new products in the portfolio
• Assisting the finance team preparing monthly, quarterly... and annual accounts
• Assisting with reconciliation of bank, foreign currency and card accounts
• Analysis of margins, costs and overheads
The successful candidate for the role of Accounts & Purchasing Assistant will:
• Be great working with numbers and be highly proficient on Excel
• Be a graduate with minimum 2.Have previous similar work experience of at least one year
In return the Accounts & Purchasing Assistant will receive a basic salary in the region of £28-32,500. You will receive 22 days holiday plus bank holidays. Pension. Full training
