What the job involves
• The Finance team’s vision is to provide a scalable financial platform that records accurate transactions to provide a best-in-class experience for our workers and clients,
• As part of the Indeed Flex Finance team, this role creates, develops, and maintains processes that help ensure that post-shift operations go through as seamlessly as possible,
• The role requires great collaboration and partnership with all departments in Indeed Flex,
• Playing an integral role in managing all day-to-day timesheet operations, liaising between clients, workers, and Flex’s internal Account Managers,
• Reconciliations of time and attendance (T&A) between client and worker punches on our Order Management System on completed shifts,
• Time Import or manual upload of timesheets for clients not on the Indeed Flex ERP system,
• Providing support to Indeed Flex’s clients and workers, via email & telephone,
• Resolve pay queries in a prompt and courteous manner and ensure speedy and accurate resolution,
• Supporting implementation of new processes and procedures, contributing to the successful operations of the business and with key stakeholders,
• Support the billing and payroll functions by ensuring accurate information is provided to both functions by leveraging systems, tools, and processes. Meet business and individual KPIs and targets,
• Ad hoc projects to drive efficiencies and improvements
