Opportunity Overview:
One World Rental is looking for an EA to support the company Managing Director. The position is on a full time and permanent basis, based at our head offices in Woodford, London. We are looking for a professional individual who would like fast track progression and the drive and ambition to establish themselves as a critical support function of the Managing Director’s office and evolve within the business.
This is a unique role in a global company who offer a niche service. This role will suit someone who is outgoing, assertive and able to manage a very busy workload, which will include managing multiple conflicting priorities and operating comfortably under... pressure.
Responsibilities:
• General office management duties
• Fielding queries from internal staff members
• Liaising with clients, colleagues and suppliers
• Process, prepare and disseminate corporate documents
• Maintaining strict confidentiality
• Proactive organisation of Managing Director’s calendar, diary and emails/inbox
• Answering and directing telephone calls and emails
• Coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments including chairing/attending meetings, recording minutes and actions and following up on those actions
• Greeting visitors and clients
• Support MD with oversight of ongoing business projects
• Managing CEO Diary
• Sustaining a level of professionalism among staff
• Involvement in routine administrative HR duties
• Arranging of team social events
• Providing general administrative support
Requirements and skills
• Exceptional organisational and diary management skills
• High levels of flexibility and adaptability
• Flawless communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent telephone manner
• The ability to manage competing tasks and prioritise an everchanging workload
• The ability to work under pressure and reach deadlines
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• The ability to work autonomously
• The ability to determine which emails, reports, telephone calls require immediate attention from the MD
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• The ability to build relationships at all levels across the business and with external contacts
• Experience using the full Microsoft Office suite

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
