About the Role: A leading UK developer is seeking a Residential Construction Technical Manager to join their team. This role will involve supporting the Technical Director on large-scale residential projects and working with the Estates team on retained land projects.
• Review and manage technical documentation for Land Titles
• Prepare and maintain the data room, ensuring compliance
• Collaborate with Estates and Legal teams to enhance processes
• Coordinate with the Commercial team to maintain budget controls and cost estimates
Qualifications:
• Strong technical background in residential construction
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
