An International financial organisation is looking for a Japanese speaking Client Relationship Officer in Luxembourg. Japanese language skills with mother tongue level is essential with valid work visa in Luxembourg.
Visa support can be considered for only candidates with Custody related experience in financial institution.
For national holidays, it is necessary to work in turn within the group
Native level of written and spoken skill in Japanese and fluency in English
Familiar skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
Bachelor in Economics, or equivalent experience
Ability of in-depth analysis and search for continued improvement requiring the evaluation of unusual problems, with constant focus on quality, efficiency and client service
Deep knowledge of internal/external clients and/or development of networking
Capability to coordinate various resources for mid-term complex projects and... tasks
