Job Descrption
I am currently representing an excellent facilities & construction expert who is in need of a Quantity Surveyor from a construction background to work within Heathrow Airport on a permanent basis. They have been successfully operating for over 10 years and provide full construction fit-out through to facilities maintenance to high-end commercial clients including airports, showrooms, and various others.
You will be based from the onsite residence office space carrying out the following responsibilities:
• Estimating costs
• Preparing tenders
• Analysing tenders
• Arranging contracts
• Managing budgets
• Cash flow management
• Risk management
• Valuing completed work
• Legal and contractual advice
• Ensuring quality
They are ideally looking for someone from a construction background who has successfully delivered high-end projects with full support from in-house surveyors, estimators, and office team.
In return, my client is... looking to offer:
• £55,000 - £70,000 Basic Salary - dependent on experience
• Mobile phone & laptop provided
• On-site vans
• Stakeholder pension scheme
• Generous sick pay
• 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Working hours: 07:45 - 16:30
• Working at Heathrow - all training costs and development associated with operating for the company / within the Airport
