Junior Quantity Surveyor This is a role in which your background can be varied/flexible - construction experience is necessary, but attitude and personality fit are the overriding factors here. If you're currently a Junior Quantity Surveyor, trainee Quantity Surveyor, or have years of construction experience and are looking to transition into this role, this could be perfect. The client is a well-established, small residential building and refurbishment contractor looking to add a keen and aspiring Junior Quantity Surveyor to their team in Cobham. The successful Junior Quantity Surveyor will join a team specializing in bespoke residential luxury one-off builds and refurbishment projects throughout Surrey, the home counties, and London. The company has a great pipeline of works, having secured this year's pipeline and is now going into mid-2026. They're offering a permanent, stable, and long-term opportunity with great support and development prospects. The Junior Quantity Surveyor's... Role The successful Junior Quantity Surveyor will be based in the office and largely shadowing one of the current QS team members, with a lot of learning, admin, and getting to grips with software and processes. If you fancy training to become a Quantity Surveyor, estimator, or buyer, the company will help you achieve this. You'll be working on some incredible projects throughout London and the Home Counties. Your day-to-day will largely align with a QS or the director you are shadowing, whether that be on-site or in the office. The entire purpose of this role is to train you up to be a fully-fledged part of the commercial team with your own roster of projects. The Junior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
Construction experience Process-driven and organized Good IT skills A valid driving license
