Operates with great attention to detail.
Organized, detail-oriented with the ability to think outside the box.
Ability to self-start and manage daily activities in a way that maximizes the capabilities of the position.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to multitask.
Strong computer skills, including Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

This job description describes the general nature and level of work expected of a person assigned to this position. All job requirements listed indicate the minimum level of knowledge, skills and/or ability deemed necessary to perform the job proficiently. Employees may be required to perform other job-related duties as requested by their supervisor.
Tasks:
Order Processing
Customer order entry
Purchase order entry
Ensure order accuracy is met and recorded in inventory management software (NetSuite).
Oversee order tracking to ensure items are received in a timely manner.
Fulfillment
Fulfill customer orders either by pulling products from the warehouse or after items have been received from a drop shipment.
Shipping/Receiving
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, stocking in assigned warehouse sections.
Check for quality control as items are packed/shipped and address any issues with the Manager.
Generate shipping labels and record data.
Inventory Management
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
Assist in physical inventory.
Item/Vendor Management (pricing, updating info, etc.)
Enter new items while maintaining existing item information and pricing updates
Enter new vendor information while maintaining existing vendor information, contacts, pricing, etc.
Returns
Research Vendor’s return policy.
Process returns and warranty replacements along with Accounting
Back up for Office Assistant with phone calls and incoming customers
