As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality expertise on world-class projects. Provide cost planning and estimation throughout the project lifecycle.
Collect and analyse data to define client and stakeholder needs.
Create Analysis and... Benchmarking Reports to promote value for money.
Lead and support the development of tools that integrate data and dashboards.
Experience in commercial roles, ideally in large capital programmes.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
A commercial focus, helping shape investment decisions that provide value for money.
