Job Title: Business Development Manager - Lighting Products x2
Sector: Tier 1 Contractors, Contractors, Main Contractors, Principal Contractors, LED, Lighting, Induction Lighting, Electrical, Industrial, Commercial, Lighting Designers, Interior Designers, Lighting, End Users, Specification Sales Manager, Specification Manager, Specification, Senior Sales Manager, Local Authorities, Healthcare Trusts, M&E consultants, M&E contractors
2 vacancies - areas to be covered: London (inside the M25) OR South
Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000neg + commission circa £3,500 year 1 (then uncapped)
Benefits: electric company car OR £6,000 car allowance & comprehensive benefits
The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Lighting Products will involve:
• Business Development Manager position promoting a high end manufactured range of lighting products
• All of your time will be spent selling to principal tier 1 contactors such as: Galliford Try... Wates, Kier etc
• Will be targeted to hit circa £350k turnover
• Large projects varying in size however can be up to £1m+
• Targeting commercial projects such as: universities and hospitals
• Must live within a 1hour commutate of Central London
The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager - Lighting Products with:
• Must have sold to contractors in the lighting industry
• Ideally have contacts and experience dealing with large tier 1 contractors such as:
• Ideally have specification sales experience
• Vibrate, energetic and full of life
• Highly organised and capable
