Remuneration: £45,000 - £60,000 + 2% of all sales
Benefits: £7,200 car allowance & private healthcare, 7% pension, 25 days holiday and usual field sales benefits
The role of the Regional Sales Manager - Interior Finishes will involve:
• Field sales role selling promoting a manufactured range of carpet tiles & floor covering systems
• Majority of your time will be spent generating specifications with architects and interior designers
• The remaining portion will be spent dealing with fit-out contractors and end users
• Predominantly refurbishment projects, typical... projects include commercial office, healthcare and hospitality
• Once up and running will be targeted to turnover £1.5m
• New business focused position
The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager - Interior Finishes with:
• Must have field sales experience in the interiors market place
• Ideally both contacts in the A&D and fit out community
• Open to any interior finish product background
• Dynamic personality, prepared to fight their corner, without being too aggressive
• Tactile sales background, sold something aesthetically pleasing
• Energy, passion and Enthusiasm
• Strong commercial and presentation skills
