Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Senior Facilities Co Ordinator to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients in the central London.
The successful applicant will be require:
• An in date SIA licence
• Security BS7858 vetting clearance before any start of employment.
You will be in a client facing role and required to provide a 5-star customer experience.
This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 40 hrs per week at an annual Salary of £38,500.

As the Senior Facilities Co Ordinator, you will be the first point of contact that the client has with Anabas. It is critical that the job holder demonstrates professionalism, ownership, and responsibility for attending to the clients needs on site and where they are unable to do so, escalating in a swift and speedy manner to the appropriate personnel within Anabas to quickly satisfy the needs of the client. Critical to this role is to either have a current SIA front line licence or the ability to pass vetting requirements for the licence.
• You will have total responsibility for the service delivery of facilities management and security on site.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Management of Anabas staff on site.
• Monitor and coordinate the supplier team.
• Ensure a consistent and high-level service delivery.
• Identify areas of improvement in delivery of the services and processes; implementing change as required.
• Ensure customer service is at the heart of the way the FM services are delivered
• Work closely with the on-site teams to ensure all aspects of performance targets are met and all works are carried out effectively, efficiently, and in a safe manner.
• Ensure operational statutory compliance and completion of PPM works on site.
• Deal with reactive situations and manage incident reports as necessary.
• Manage all P&L matters relating to the client contract, billing model and ACW works.
