The Events Sales Co-ordinator is a role that focuses on the full event journey, starting with the initial contact/show round with the client or guest to the delivery of exceptional events.
Applicants ideally will have current or previous experience of Corporate & Social Event Planning.
As Events Sales Co-ordinator, you will maximise revenue opportunities with a specific focus on exclusive hire of our two bars. The Events Sales Co-ordinator will interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business.
Tasks:
• Receive and respond to initial enquiries
• Manage the exclusive event hire diary
• Build strong relationships with guests and clients to fully understand their needs and their vision for the event
• Arrange and carry out Event space show rounds
• Supporting key Events and helping with Event logistics
• Ensure... the complete administration and execution of all planned events
• Work with 3rd Party suppliers
• Liaise with Senior Hotel Management Team in planning of key events.

• Good organisational and administration skills

• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Liaising with the bar team in order to deliver great guest experiences
• Confident telephone manner
• High level of IT skills
• Numerate
