Zachary Daniels have partnered with a prestigious luxury brand that values creativity, quality, and exceptional customer experiences. As an In-Store Visual Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in bringing the brand's vision to life through stunning visual displays that captivate and engage our customers.
This is a newly created role based in this flagship location, with support across London when required. Exciting time to join this brand whilst they are going through a period of growth.
Visual Merchandiser role:
• Maintain window and in-store displays per visual merchandising guidelines
• Adapt visuals to the store layout, addressing size and inventory issues
• Ensure all visual elements are in excellent condition
• Conduct audits to uphold visual standards and stock levels
• Support special projects like events and seasonal changes
• Provide insights on display performance to visual merchandising teams
• Analyse... effectiveness using sales data and foot traffic
• Work with retail teams to align displays with customer feedback
• Stay updated on fashion trends to keep displays fresh
• Create an engaging environment for product discovery
Visual Merchandiser skills / experience:
• 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally within the luxury retail sector
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, particularly in the luxury segment
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality visual presentation
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in visual merchandising software/tools is a plus
In return the Visual Merchandiser will be offered a salary up to £45,000 + company benefits
