About the Role
As a Wholesale Admin Assistant, you will be supporting the Wholesale Executive in streamlining the administration within our international wholesale world. You will be accountable for:
• Scheduling orders for delivery.
• Preparing any invoiced documents and all other relevant documentation.
• Handling business to business customer enquiries.
• Maintaining and updating key account information and price lists across our systems.
• Assisting with sample collating, as and when required.
• Attend brand meetings and processing of customer orders.
• Building relationships with partners.
About You
You will, preferably, have previous experience in Wholesale with knowledge around logistical systems and processes. You will be proactive, with impeccable attention to detail and the... ability to remain organised. You will demonstrate great communication skills when liaising with vendors and partners.
You will also:
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
• Have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Be highly organised, be able to multi-task, and have follow-up skills
• Have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Have experience using SAP or similar system
• Have previous Wholesale Assistant experience is desired but not essential
