Role: Academic Services Coordinator
Location: Remote with quarterly travel to London
Working within the QA Apprenticeships and Academic Services Team you will be responsible for providing effective administrative support across all our Degree Apprenticeship programmes working with our multiple University partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide effective and efficient administrative support on all our Degree Apprenticeship programmes
• Support programme-related student queries and act as a key point of contact for our learners
• Coordinate module registrations, forecast, study plans and workshop bookings
• Support the preparation of learner and module data for programme boards/university partners’ consideration
• Liaise with internal and external stake holders in ensuring the maintenance of accurate learner record data
About You
• Administrative experience ideally within the education sector and using student record systems
• Competent Excel skills
• Strong... interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
