Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with established policies. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks.
- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow effectively.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budget preparation.
- Monitor and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with year-end financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Pay: £15.70-£19.21 per hour
