We are Currently looking to recruit a Accounts Administrator on a temp basis in our London Office (old Street)

Job Overview:
As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. You will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, assist with financial reporting, and provide administrative support to the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and manage bank deposits, budgets, and payroll
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial... accuracy
• Assist in preparing financial reports and balance sheets
• Handle company expenses, credit card reconciliations,
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
• Respond to financial inquiries and provide administrative support to the finance department

Requirements:
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong numeracy skills and ability to manage financial data
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc
