This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00AM - 1:00PM UK Time (5:00 PM to 9:00 PM PHT)
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive UK accountancy experience, particularly with small business accounts. Proficiency in Google Sheets and a willingness to transition to Xero accounting software are essential.
Manage and maintain accurate financial records for small businesses.
• Develop and implement strategies for tax efficiency.
• Transition and manage accounting systems from current tools to Xero.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and regulations.
• Proven experience working with small business accounts.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Xero accounting.
• Proactive in finding ways to improve tax efficiency and business processes.
