Are you a friendly, enthusiastic individual, who has a passion for HR and is looking to provide an excellent level of customer service in a corporate environment?
Our client, an impressive law firm with an international presence has a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, friendly and supportive team of HR and recruitment professionals.
This role will work closely with and support the HR team with all administrative tasks; this role offers a huge variety and duties include but are not limited to:
• Deal with general HR inquiries from staff and Partners
• Manage ongoing checks of individuals
• Manage the probation process
• Keep the HR database accurate and up-to-date
• Assist the Payroll Administrator/People Advisor with payroll collation and changes each month
• Assist with recruitment
To be considered, candidates must have previous administrative experience within a corporate environment; the ideal candidate will have previous experience within HR, but this is not... essential. Great attention to detail, good time management skills, and a proven ability to multi-task are required.
