Ryder Reid Legal is looking for a talented Accounting Analyst to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office. The role will be working in their dynamic and growing finance team and presents a great opportunity. Please see more information below.
Responsibilities:
Approve Chrome River expenses and invoices
Monitor and track purchase order allocations in Chrome River
Handle vendor uploads
Enter and post invoices outside of Chrome River
Manage partner draw and distribution payments
Monitor cashflow and convert funds when required
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
Assist with the Solicitors Accounts Rules audit
Maintain bills list
Review and post journals
Skills and Competencies:
Minimum of two years' legal accounts experience
Knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules... preferred
Experience with Aderant and Chrome River preferred
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft programs
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to deliver and perform under tight deadlines
Strong and confident communication skills - both written and verbal
