Overview
We're searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Operations Manager to join our client’s dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting network of talented tutors.
In this role, you'll be the bridge between dedicated tutors and students, ensuring a seamless learning experience for all.
Here's what you'll do:
• Recruit and Onboard Top Talent: You'll source, screen, and interview qualified part-time tutors to join our growing team. You'll also guide new tutors through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to succeed.
• Mastermind of Schedules: You'll wear the resource planning hat, efficiently managing tutor schedules to meet student needs. This includes collaborating with academic leads to optimise timetables and ensure availability.
• Campus Buzz Builder: You'll champion student... engagement by setting up student ambassadors and coordinating exciting events on campus. These events will foster a vibrant learning community and promote our tutoring services.
• Tutor Champion: Your passion for education will shine through as you foster a positive and supportive environment for our tutors. You'll address queries, troubleshoot issues, and implement strategies to maximise tutor satisfaction and engagement.
• Data Detective: You'll delve into data to track tutor Net Promoter Scores (NPS), identifying areas for improvement and working to boost overall satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement Enthusiast: You'll be on the lookout for ways to enhance tutor enablement, providing ongoing training and resources to help tutors hone their skills and deliver outstanding instruction.
Who You Are:
• You hold a Bachelor or above degree. Advantageous if you are an Oxbridge graduate but not necessary.
• You have great understandings of UK Universities application process.
• You possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
• You're a natural communicator who can build rapport with both tutors and students.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy tackling challenges creatively.
• You're a data enthusiast who can analyse information and identify trends.
• You're passionate about education and creating a positive learning environment.
