Are you a Estimator with a Groundworks, Geotechnical, or Civil Engineering background seeking to join a leading firm known for its quality in historical buildings and underground basements who provide comprehensive training and hybrid working options for your career growth?
Join a close-knit family team leading the restoration of historical buildings and underground basements. With over 30 years of experience, the company boasts an excellent reputation for quality and service, working on some of London's most exclusive high-end projects.
In this role, you'll produce accurate, value-engineered cost estimates while building client relationships and managing projects from inception to contract award. This role would suit a Estimator with a Groundworks, Geotechnical, or Civil Engineering background seeking to join a leading firm known for its quality in... historical buildings and underground basements who provide comprehensive training and hybrid working options for your career growth.
Identify risks and opportunities in tenders for precise estimates.
Support Quantity Surveying functions and conduct post-completion project reviews.
Estimating experience in geotechnical, groundworks, RC, or structural refurbishment.
