37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (4.00pm finish on Friday)
Up to £80,000 per annum depending on experience
The Facilities Management Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing and potential clients within the facilities management industry. This role involves enhancing the company's presence by targeting end users, consultants, managing agents, and FM companies. Key areas of focus include sales and client development, prospecting, client engagement, and sales strategy. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the technical building services and facilities management sectors, with a proven track record of securing orders and a strong understanding of operational delivery. Strong communication and IT skills, commercial aptitude, and a good... understanding of operational delivery are essential for this role.
