About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Part-Time Finance Assistant / Accountant (Wednesday - Friday) to join our clients finance team. You will provide essential support in managing the day-to-day financial operations, including purchase and sales ledger management, preparing management accounts, and assisting with budgetary control.
Part-Time Finance Assistant / Accountant Key
- Responsibilities:
Support the purchase ledger process, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.
Sales ledger management, including invoicing and payment tracking.
Prepare and assist in the production of management accounts.
Provide budget support, including forecasting and variance analysis.
Part-Time Finance Assistant / Accountant
- Requirements :
Strong knowledge of Xero accounting software.
Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Knowledge of Procim would be advantageous, but training will be provided if... needed.
Solid understanding of budgeting and management accounts is essential.
Part-Time Finance Assistant / Accountant - Key Points:
Part time salary £22,230 + benefits
This role has potential to move into a full-time role in the new year for the right candidate.
Hybrid working model - 1 day in office - 2 from home
