Turning Passion into Purpose. London South Bank University are excited to be recruiting for a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Health and Social Care department. You will be working with an experienced and dynamic team across the Division of Physiotherapy, Sport Rehabilitation and Chiropractic. We are a collaborative team, involved in teaching, projects and research over a broad range of specialist areas. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills across many areas of academia.
Candidates are required to complete an enhanced DBS check on successful application of this role.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive and able to adapt to a fast-moving work environment. Excellent IT skills and be well-organised and able to prioritise.
You will need to hold a good degree in Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC. Be an effective team player, supporting the academic team in the teaching, assessment and delivery of the Pre-Registration, BSc... Integrated Masters and MSc in Physiotherapy.
Some teaching experience would be useful but, an interest in developing these skills and contributing to the positive student experience is essential.
