An opportunity has arisen to join our QRM team primarily acting as front-line risk support to Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory (SR&T-Advisory) practitioners, whilst also supporting and leading on various projects in order to deliver our strategy.

SR&T-Advisory is a dynamic business with a broad range of service offerings (including valuation, modelling and strategy & business design) which place focus on providing clients with innovative products and solutions.

Working alongside other team members, a key focus of the role is to provide SR&T-Advisory practitioners with advice and guidance on quality and risk matters and to be involved in a variety of projects related to the management of risk.

The role will provide you with exposure to a wide range of risk and quality related matters and opportunities to develop new skills and your knowledge of the business whilst supporting your career.

Immediate responsibilities:

Consult and advise the business on risk and quality queries as part of the front-line risk team (learning and training will be provided).

Support the business in navigating quality and risk management processes.

Ad-hoc project support related to quality and risk management within SR&T-Advisory.

Assist in maintaining and updating quality and risk management policies and procedures.

Assist in developing and delivering risk training to the business.

The Team works in a very collaborative manner. The areas of responsibilities will evolve as the individual's knowledge and experience develop.

National Quality and Risk Management

This includes developing and managing assurance and business risk frameworks, anti-money laundering, addressing any potential conflicts of interest amongst clients and maintaining our independence from them, ensuring we're compliant and managing the security of our people.

We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
