Accounting Assistant at EWI Store

Job Descrption
We are looking for someone who will be able to assist our Accounting Manager in the day to day running of the company accounts, and those of its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to meet deadlines, have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft office and a basic knowledge of CRM.
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Download data and produce reports
• Post journals and data onto QuickBooks
• Update and post monthly accruals and prepayments
• Assist in all accounting duties
• Deal with accounts queries
• Ad-hoc duties
• General office duties as and when required
• Verifying accuracy of invoices before posting to the accounts software
Qualifications & Skills:
• Organised and... methodical
• Able to meet deadlines
• Be computer literate
• Have good communication skills
• Work well as part of a team, with a high attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Previous accounts experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £32,000.00 per year
