Job Descrption
Description
• Ensure agreed standard of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all areas assigned in accordance with correct procedure and administration.
• Maintain all equipment, furniture and furnishings in the premises in good working order in accordance with correct procedure and administration.
• Collect the litter in common areas of residential, commercial buildings, and roads in the premises in good working order in accordance with correct procedure and administration.
• Attend clients/customers complaints and other related requirements swiftly and accurately.
• Assist the garbage vehicles driver in emptying the garbage bins into the truck swiftly and accurately.
• Identify and anticipate client/customer requirements and needs to be coordinated to the Site Supervisor as when required.
• Perform duties/locations assigned by the company from time to time.
• Take corrective action against emergency situations and immediately... report to the AS.
• Ensure that cleaning standards are adhered to at all times as per the building’s Health and Safety Policies.
Qualifications
• Experience in the Cleaning/Housekeeping industry, ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the job requirements.
• Ability to demonstrate literacy and numeracy (Basic).
• Must display good manners and tidiness.
• Middle East experience will be preferred but is not essential.
