Job Descrption

We are looking for a Tele caller responsible for receiving incoming calls from app users and providing efficient resolutions to their queries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu, ensuring a seamless experience for our diverse clientele.
• Previous experience in a customer service or telecalling role is a plus.
• Proficient in both English and Urdu (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ready to work on flexible working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
