Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships effectively
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
• Proactively address client inquiries and concerns to ensure prompt resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with our service offerings
• Analyze client feedback and market trends to enhance service delivery strategies

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in relationship management or a client-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Familiarity with CRM software and relationship management tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively
