Position Title: Guest Relations Executive
Location: Dubai (Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Flexible

Job Description:

The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing all communications with guests through OTA channels, handling maintenance requests, and liaising with DTCM, buildings' management, and other relevant authorities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, is initiative and capable process owner, is customer-service centric, and is able to manage multiple tasks fast and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all guest communications through OTA channels (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO etc)
• Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and requests... promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with our maintenance team to address and resolve any maintenance issues reported by guests
• Ensure compliance with DTCM and buildings' management regulations and requirements
• Provide guests with information about accommodation, house rules and services to enhance their stay
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with guests
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs as and when needed

Requirements:
• 2 years of guest relations experience in a holiday homes company or a renown 5* Dubai based hotel IS A MUST - please do not apply if your experience doesn't match this criterion.
• Bachelor's or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Ability to respond quickly and be always available to guests and the team
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Willingness to learn and adapt with the support of our team

Education:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in hospitality from well known university. GPA minimum 3.0
Experience:
• Guest Relations in Holiday Homes/5* Dubai-based hotel: 2 years (Required
