Job Description
This is a part-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at our Garage. The advisor will be responsible for:
1. Providing customer-focused service
3. Handling leads and after sales queries
3. Ensuring excellent communication with customers to address their car care needs.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills over phone and text
Strong communication skills
Ability to focus on customer needs
Strong problem
solving skills
Knowledge of automotive industry practices
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Job Types: Full-time... Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
