As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our products/services. Your ability to communicate fluently in Arabic will be essential in establishing rapport and building lasting relationships with clients in Arabic-speaking markets.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products/servicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.Maintain accurate records of calls and sales interactions in our CRM system.Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for new customer acquisition.Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences. Fluency in Arabic & English is mandatory.Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.Strong... communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Results-driven with a strong desire to achieve sales goals
