Job Description: We are looking for a Call Center Representative with experience in the cosmetic clinic industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule and manage appointments for consultations and treatments.
• Provide detailed information about our services and treatments.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Previous experience working in a call center in a cosmetic clinic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
