Job Descrption
• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors based on their ability to meet technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives and project requirements. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Technical Specifications: Collaborate with engineering and project teams to understand technical requirements and specifications for materials and components. Ensure that procurement activities meet engineering standards and project needs.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, including terms and conditions, pricing, and delivery schedules. Prepare and review purchase agreements and contracts to ensure compliance... with legal and company standards.
• Purchase Orders: Create, review, and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Monitor order status and address any issues related to order fulfillment, including delays or discrepancies.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control procedures for procured materials and services. Coordinate with quality assurance teams to resolve any issues related to product quality or performance.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control procurement costs to stay within budget. Conduct cost analysis and evaluate pricing models to identify opportunities for cost reduction and value enhancement.
• Compliance: Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on procurement activities, including supplier performance, cost analysis, and procurement metrics. Present findings and recommendations to management
