Job Descrption
Department: Maintenance
Reports To: Operations Manager
Location: Dubai
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
• Construction and Repair: Build and repair structures using bricks, stones, concrete, and other materials.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Measurement and Layout: Measure and lay out work to ensure accuracy and adherence to design plans.
• Mixing Materials: Prepare and mix mortar, concrete, and other materials according to specifications.
• Installing Structures: Construct walls, arches, and other structural elements, ensuring they are level and secure.
• Maintenance: Inspect and maintain masonry work to address any issues such as cracks or deterioration.
• Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and prime surfaces before painting to ensure proper adhesion.
• Color Mixing: Mix paints and finishes to achieve desired colors and... textures.
• Application Techniques: Apply paint, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Detail Work: Perform detailed work, including trimming, edging, and touch-ups.
• Client Consultation: Discuss color schemes and project requirements with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintenance and Touch-Ups: Conduct routine maintenance and touch-up painting as needed.
Both roles require attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Mason plus painting
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Excellent problem-solving skills and time management
• Good communication and customer service skills
Company Visa, Transport & Accommodation will be provided by the company
Ideal Candidates will be:
